Hello and welcome to my weight loss blog. This is my personal journey toward a happier, healthier, lighter me. It has been a year of ups and downs in my life and on the bathroom scale. After seeing a much heaftier me in front of the camera, I decided it was time to make a change.
I chose to share this very private hurdle because I know I am not the only person who struggles with what to eat, how much to eat and when *not to eat. The goal of this weight loss journey is to show that you can lose weight without expensive diet products, painful surgery or dangerous pills.
My plan is simple, inexpensive, and geared toward good food. I will cut my portion size, replace sugary drinks with water, tweak my daily food list, and incorporate exercise into my day. If I can do it, so can you!
I will be sharing menu’s, recipes, diet tips and words of motivation. I will have guest bloggers who will share their story of success and setbacks. I will post everyday and you will be able to leave a comment (I think ha!).
